$1M minimumI understand NLCC accepts projects with a construction value of $1,000,000 or more.

Full funding upfront, held in trustBefore mobilization, the full contract amount is deposited into a dedicated project trust/escrow account. Funds are released to NLCC as work is completed, by schedule of values, and every draw is documented and visible to you.

Change-order retainer with auto-replenishmentA separate retainer is funded at signing to cover approved change orders and added work. When the balance drops below the agreed minimum, it's automatically replenished by ACH under the authorization in your contract.
